FAQ’s

  • We love your little ones, but this celebration is adults only unless children have been personally invited.

  • For the ladies, think elegant and glamorous, ankle-length to full-length dresses and alike are perfect. Please avoid white, cream, pastel yellow, very light neutrals, as well as overly bright neon shades or loud, busy patterns.
    For the gentlemen, a blazer and formal shoes are expected, paired with a tie or bowtie for that polished look. Darker suits are preferred, but please don’t feel the need to buy a new one just for the day.

  • If you plan to enjoy a drink, a shuttle bus service will be provided from your accommodation to the venue. This is a pre-arranged service—please see the Travel & Stay page for details. If you prefer to drive, parking is available onsite.

  • Nope! Feel free to join us for any events that suit you best. We’d love to see you whenever you can make it.

  • Yes! For Queensland, Monday is the King’s Birthday public holiday. Unfortunately, it’s not a public holiday in New South Wales or Victoria.

  • October in the Hunter Valley and Wollombi region is springtime, with mild to warm temperatures averaging between 15°C and 25°C . You can expect plenty of sunshine and gentle breezes, so a light jacket might be needed at times.
